  logistic and warehouses,

  Results / Performances :
  - Deployed the Pull Flow in the 3 plants for the manufacturing sites in USA
  - Externalized 2000 “C class” items to a “Vendor Managed Inventories”
  - Participated in the ramp up mission team successfully from 8 cars/months to 30 cars/months
  - Increased the 5S from “level 0” to “level 4” for workstation (14 stations) & warehouses,

• ALSTOM TRANSPORT - Logistic Methods Manager

  2004 - 2007 - In charge of internal and external packaging for the plant (budget: 450 k€),
  - Industrialized the logistic flows from the supplier to the workshop,
  - Participated in NTV tender (very high-speed trains in Italy)
  - 4 people managed
  
  Results / Performances :
  - Deployed the Pull Flow : La Rochelle, France Collefero, Italy
  - Organized the Logistic flows for the AGV Prototype, the new ALSTOM very high speed train
  - Decreased the wasted packaging, optimised the logistic flows (method VSM).

• YSL BEAUTE - Logistic Improvement Engineer

  Paris 2002 - 2004 a 900-employee plant, 60 M units product/year,
  
  - Improved the workshop schedule (30 packaging lines),
  - Re-organized the Information System parameters (batch size, safety inventory…),
  - Created and exploited the tools for inventory management,
  - Worked with the purchase department in order to supply the components in just in time,
  - Standardized the 2 sites production indicators,
  - Implemented Kanban for the components with high consumption,
  
  Results / Performances :
  - An external storage warehouse closure (profit 600 k€/year
  - 40% drop of the YSL beauty inventory (- 30 M€), at constant service rate.

• BOUYGUES TELECOM - Buyer (intership)

  Meudon 2002 - 2002 -Implemented indicators for the Product Sourcing Department,
  -Consulted the supply of personal numerical assistant (P.D.A.),
  -Sourcing and market segmentation,
  -Drafted the requests with logistic, quality and marketing departments.

  Boulogne-Billancourt 2001 - 2001 - optimization of storage areas + buffer stock levels for synchronized flow
