The main tasks are as follows :
• Lead and develop an effective and productive team, manage work performance and manage the interference between all project units,
• Communicate and work with sections Heads to meet deadlines and respect of standards and planning.
• Evaluate progress and hold data for quantity survey and invoicing.
• Ensure reporting frameworks are established and maintained to assist decision making, manage variations and delays efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that the project is executed within the specified constraints of scope, time and cost.
• Deliver project to achieve objectives, manage costs, quality, timeliness and ongoing accountability of the project. Provide status reports and project planning.
• Build and maintain productive internal and external relationships to facilitate the delivery of the project through creating and maintaining strong relationships with senior key stakeholders.
• Ensure the project is compliant according to OHS&E.
• Evaluate and control all necessary resources for project execution like personnel, equipment, materials and documentation.

Responsible of the inspection of civil and metallic structure works of the power plant RADES II (2x160 MW- steam turbines):
- approval of concrete and steel structure design & drawings,
- Evaluation of tender documents,
- Participation in the committee of Bid Evaluation,
- Direct subordinate staff for spot survey, investigation, collect data relating to works of civil engineering,
- Give relevant instructions in matters concerning the inspection of Civil works: drilling, piling, foundations, steel structure, concrete works, pumping station, dismissal channel, cooling system seawater piping, building offices, auxiliary offices, machinery buildings, pipe racks, tanks, etc.
- Preparation of Work Progress Reports,
- Liaison with contractors regarding program and delays,
- Assessment of liability for delays and penalties based upon contractor’s submission,
- Preparing contractual correspondence with contractors and Follow-up on claims and ensure prompt resolution on pending issues,
- Evaluate potential risks to the Contractors and to the projects and thereafter suggest measures to reduce risks to acceptable levels,
