  • Support and maintenance of various customers in terms of technical and functional (ASP mode).
  • Development of new modules and enhancements to existing modules.
  • Conduct unit tests and advanced test "System Test".
  • Functional Support and technical training for novice developers and new users.
  • Uses ITIL best practices.
  • Mastery of CRM tools (Salesforce) and monitoring tools problems (Bug-Tracker).
  • Support level 1, 2 and 3 for clients :
  -EUROPE: MFB (Mainfirst Germany), BBVA (Spain, just signed a contract)
  -ASIA: PT Bahana, China Merchants, DBS Vickers, Natixis (Hong Kong), GIC, BSP (Papua new
  guinea), IIFL, Samsung (Sud Corea),NCBC (KSA)
  - NORTH AMERICA : MUFJ (USA).
  All the work environment and all the documentation is in English.
