• Participating in a project consisting on three units, quarry and crushing unit, the vertical furnace and its Amont-Aval, the hydration and bagging lime units . The construction phase of the factory includes the planning, reporting, order parts, reception facilities, the training of young employees, stimulating meetings, record keeping and meeting all project deadlines.
• Participated in commissioning phase including testing all installation systems, from gas unit test to the hot commissioning with the kiln start up.
• Training in Carmeuse the Belgian Lime Producer Campany, and demonstrated good communication skills and good will for upgrading

• Reception and control of all electrical equipments dedicated to the new project lime vertical kiln type TWIN-D Cimprojetti: PLC Panels, motors, sensors, control system, classification of electrical diagrams provided by the supplier:
• Managing a team of 13 electricians
• Monitoring the implementation of cables paths monitoring the work of pulling cables.
• Involved in the design and dimensioning of electrical equipment before & after the vertical kiln: Conveyors, Screens, Crushers
• Participating in the development of dust removal systems.
