• Spindrift racing - Community Manager

  2014 - 2014 Based in Saint Philibert in the Bay of Quiberon, the racing stable Spindrift racing was founded by Dona Bertarelli and Yann Guichard in 2011. Spindrift racing runs five boats for three complementary projects: the Decision 35 Ladycat, the monotype trimaran MOD70 Spindrift, two Diam 24 and 40 metre maxi-trimaran, Spindrift 2.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Main contact for delivery of all content on key social platforms, with ability to synthesize and extrapolate main facts to maximize audience reach and impact
  • Set up efficient campaigns to grow the social media networks on the brand's platforms
  • Brand advocate on all relevant social networking
  • Responding to the fan base providing timely, accurate and relevant information in coordination with the sailing team and senior management
  • Ensure brand content is being distributed and linked back to Spindrift racing digital channels correctly
  • Social Watch and daily use of monitoring tools
  • Live Tweets during the D35 regatta season and the Route du Rhum - Destination Guadeloupe 2014
  • Support to the communication team: writing articles and translating articles mentioning the brand in the international press (Italian, Spanish or German)
  • Provide monthly report with social networks statistics, campaigns results and social media strategy
