  • Wood Group - Commissioning Lead

    2016 - maintenant ExxonMobil Iraq Limited (EMIL), an affiliate of Exxon Mobil Corporation, signed an agreement with the South Oil Company of the Iraq Ministry of Oil to rehabilitate and redevelop the West Qurna I field in southern Iraq (Rumaila field, west of Basra). West Qurna is believed to hold 43 billion barrels (6.8×109 m3) of recoverable reserves.
    The project is set to improve the current oil processing facility to increase the field production.

  • Total - Pre-Commissioning Lead

    COURBEVOIE 2015 - 2016 Moho Nord Phase 1bis Project (Alima FPU), Iteam - Total E&P Congo, Ponticelli.
    The development comprises a total of 28 subsea wellheads tied back to floating production units (FPUs) and with 17 more wells from a new tension leg platform (TLP). By 2016, the project will have a production capacity of 140,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day (boe/d).

  • RasGas - Senior Completion Engineer

    2012 - 2015 Senior Completion Engineer on Barzan RasGas Project. The project consists of Onshore and Offshore Gas-processing facilities, developing natural gas (Train1/2, Utilities & Offsite, Common Process). Production: 1.4 billion cubic feet of gas a day.
    Qatar Petroleum (QP) and ExxonMobil Barzan Limited, subsidiary of ExxonMobil Corporation. Joint venture agreement for the development of Barzan Gas Project. Estimatif cost ($10.3bn).

  • Rosetti Marino/ ENI Group - Pre-Commissioning Manager/Coordinator

    2012 - 2012 ROSETTI MARINO, SEREPT (Oil Research, Exploitation and Production Company of Tunisia)
    ASHTART Revamping Project for SEREPT (COMPANY).
    Pre-Commissioning Manager/ Coordinator - Revamping of 5 offshore fixed platforms PP1/PP2/PF1/PF2 and satellite platform PF3 (60,000 barrels oil per day).

  • TOTAL and PTT Exploration and Production Public Company - Commissioning Systems Leader

    2010 - 2011 PTT Exploration and Production Public Company LTD. – TOTAL, BONGKOT Project Phase 4A, Indonesia/ Korea/ Thailand. Hyundai Heavy Industries (HHI Ulsan), PTG (Cilegon).

    Commissioning Utilities Systems Leader (Living Quarters Platform & Processing Platform Topside).
    Commissioning Engineer of all commissioning activities Onshore/ Offshore (Water systems, Air Compressor system, Nitrogen package, Gas Turbines, Firewater Pump package, Electro-chlorination, RO units, UV Sterilizer, Sewage, Heating Medium, Flares).
    Responsible to monitor the organization and preparation. Confirm that the execution of the commissioning activities is performed in a safe manner. Writing and review of commissioning procedures.
    Supervision of EPCC Contractor activities linked to the Commissioning of the Process sub-systems of the Topsides and Interfaces during the Preparation/ Execution phases. Ensure liaison with Project Construction, Pre-Commissioning & Operation Teams.
    Ensure quality and compliance with OPERCOM and ICAPS database during all phases (Onshore/ Offshore) of Pre-Commissioning/ Commissioning activities.

  • TOTAL YEMEN, Yemen LNG Company LTD - Maintenance Superintendent

    2009 - 2010 YEMEN LNG COMPANY LTD. – TOTAL, YLNG Project, Yemen LNG Limited, Yemgas (FZCO), Huntoil, Technip.
    Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) production – (LNG Plant: 2 LNG Trains, Utilities and Off-sites).
    Maintenance Superintendent. Responsible to organise and co-ordinate maintenance activities in all related disciplines (mechanical, instrument, electrical and control system tasks). Supervision of Disciplines Supervisors and Lead technicians.
    Coordinates tasks completion through Operation and Start-up needs (liaises with the Production Manager). Supervise implementation of modifications approved through modifications requests. Responsible for enforcement of safety procedures and verification of all safety equipment. Provides necessary guidance and technical expertise to all general maintenance technical services.
    Assistance to Operation and Start-up team.

    Ensure Systems and sub-systems are commissioned safely on time and operate within the expected design parameters. Interface and follow up of YLNG Project commissioning activities. Assistance to project (Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phases) and to the Operation/start-up team.
    Advice, assistance and leadership to utilities Contractors during the pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up phases. Vendors liaise for all systems packages.
    ICCAPS and PRODOM review to monitor Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning progress (OPERCOM Philosophy). Verification of certificates and dossier prior to Hand-over to Operations Department.
