- Manage the software codes for a set of geographically dispersed teams (in Germany, Italy, France, Belgium and Tunisia ...).
- Monitor HR Access systems as required and work to ensure overall system integrity, participate to implement new modules, maintenance, enhancements and compliance.
- Define and Design the required processes for the Software code delivery.
- Ensure the proper conduct of the processes required for the Software Development Life Cycle.
- Management and improvement of the delivery code process.
- General knowledge of key HR functions, HRIS, payroll.
- Installation of development codes in the required environments and ensure the stability of the development, maintenance and QA environments.
- Release notes preparation.
- Coordination with team-leaders Development, QA, Program Management.
- Project Manager for the implementation of a new internal tool to manage codes and defects using JIRA.
- Track issues and resolutions: daily Communication of the delivery status and the detected defects.
- Implementation of the required procedures to handle code defects.
- Coach two interns for their graduation projects.
