En résumé

Titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur adjoint en télécommunications depuis 1991 et inscrit dans un cursus de formation de Master of Business Administration délivré conjointement par l’institut ESPRIT Tunisie et les universités Paris Dauphine et Paris I Sorbonne.
J’exerce aujourd’hui les fonctions de responsable du centre de support technique à SYSTEL, société que j’ai rejoint depuis l’obtention de mon diplôme en tant qu’ingénieur de département Datacomms.
Le travail, la motivation et l’implication ainsi que les formations suivies m’ont permis d’atteindre le niveau Avaya Professional Design Specialist en communications unifiées et IRCA Lead Editor (ISO 9001) d’où une évolution d’un poste d’ingénieur technicien de département jusqu’au poste du premier responsable du centre de support technique.
