Static equipment:
• Design & Detailed Engineering
• Preparation of Mechanical design data sheet for Boiler, Pressure vessels, Heat exchangers, And Storage tanks.
• Preparation of Technical Specifications, MR and PR for Boiler, Pressure Vessels, Heat exchangers & Storage tanks.
• Design & Detailed Engineering of Boiler & Pressure vessel with “U” and “S” Stamp Requirement
• Performing Strength calculations & Analysis of Pressure vessels Heat exchangers & Storage Tanks both manually and byPV-Elite, Compress, HTRI, Tank3.2 & E-Tank, software •Performing Thermal Design Calculation , Manual Strength.
• Calculation By Using HTRIDesign Manual, ASME, API 650, TEMA, WRC 107&297, PD5500,API620
• Reviewing vendor’s Drawing/Documents and preparing Technical Queries
• Preparation of General arrangement drawings and detailed fabrication drawings
• Reviewing and Approval of Pressure vessel & Tank Internals & Externals attachment drawings
• Co-ordinate with Process/Project System/Piping/Civil/Instrumentation/Electrical in Finalizing
Piping
• Complete design of piping general arrangement layouts, Piping isometrics, Supports Details, Materials take off, Equipments location plans, plot plans, orientation drawings, Tie-in Index &tie in packages.
• Provide piping input to Process Piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID), Line designation table (LDT), Instrument specification sheets (ISS),Preparing material take-off requirements and isometric drawings for construction using 3D CAD (Computer Aided Design and Drafting) modeling software e.g. CADWORKS Preparing& checking of equipments orientation drawings for all types of petrochemical equipments, Considering equipments spacing, accessibility, operation and maintenance Requirements. Review all vendor documentations to assure the compliance with the design and technical requirements.
• Preparing and reviewing piping specifications in accordance with the company standards and general codes preparing and reviewing valves datasheets, vendor technical specifications and bidders’ quotations. Provide piping technical input to P&IDs including piping classes, valve types and special items. Preparing pipeline and piping safety instruction sheets with the required calculations for pipe wall thickness, Maximum allowable operating pressure (MAOP), and test pressure Preparing and reviewing Hot Tap calculations in accordance to ASME B31.3, ASME section VIII div
Construction:
• Preparation of contractor procedures and method statements, quality plans, inspection Test Plans, erection plan WPS/PQR
• Guide a team of construction Supervisor / Engineers for execution of new and shutdown projects.
• Preparation of methods statement before start the work for contractor approval.
• Management, supervision, guidance and overview of contractor to implement the requirements of the contract including drawings and specifications.
• Plan & execute shut-down jobs, co-ordinate for pre-shutdown planning & activities.
• Co-ordination with Project engineers / project managers for construction planning, procurement &other issues Manage/supervise sub-contractors for the construction/installation of Structural’s & Equipments & piping.
• Reviews of the all quality requirements as per contract documents and specifications.
• Prepares project method statements/work procedures.
• Prepares Project Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plan both manufacturer works and
