    Saint Michel 2011 - 2013 • Financial reporting on monthly, quarterly and annual bases in XAF and US Dollars.
    • Ensured compliance with group and regional procedures, controls and policies.
    • Co-ordination and facilitation of internal and external audits and ensured requirements were met.
    • Custodian of the AIPP Authorization Limit (Authorization Matrix) and procurement procedure.

    Achievements
     I improved the AIPP procurement procedure to fit the Cameroon context using tools like the Cameroon General Tax Code.
     Successfully finalised financial statements for Statutory reporting 1 month to the deadline of March 15.
     HR achieved a 70% decrease in grievances by employees after I created a simulation on MS Excel to audit and control monthly payroll. This method was to rectify any variations on the payroll done with the accounting software.
     Drafted a procedure for the sales of scrap. These procedures were approved by the Head of Finance for North and West Africa.
     Modified procedure for the planned decommissioning of the Thermal power plant of Aggreko Cameroon.

    2009 - 2011 : Chief Accountant and Saw mill Supervisor at Heavy Engineering and Timber Transformation Ltd (H.E.T.T Ltd)
    H.E.T.T Sarl is a Douala based Timber Company with its head office and saw mill at the Bassa Industrial Zone. It also has a fabrication unit for mechanical parts for industrial machines.
    My Accounting duties included but were not limited to;
    * Maintenance of proper record of all transactions including receipt & disbursement in accordance with the procedures laid down
    * Assigned, supervised and evaluated performance of two assistants
    * Planned and conducted studies to determine cost of business activities
    * Developed financial reports for forecasting, trending and result analysis
