    2014 - 2014 with IRMA governed with Power Project. This project of
    2 mobile units at the power plant Hamma -Algiers; it is composed of GTG TM 2500 GE 26,2 MW
    Each, GIS (gas insulation secured) armored 60kv, SF6, BOP 11, 5kv / 400v, GRS and black start
    400v 1,15MVA.
    Mission: Electrical Commissioning Supervisor and operator of electrical equipment.
    TASKS: précom- commissioning.
    -Transformers 11,5kv / 60kv and 11,5kv / 400v - Engine MV / LV.
    -Medium voltage panel 11,5kv. - Low voltage panel 400V and auxiliary distribution panel.
    -Protection panel (GE Multilin T60 Transformer Protection System)
    -Synch check and switching. - PLC panel (Somatic, Siemens) .
    - DC / AC Digital Energy UPS system GE 400V / 220V AC ;
    - Lighting, heater tracing, and HVAC, system Fire and black start, GRS.
    - Lock-out tag-out of equipment energized following a request work permits and consignation
    certificates - Fault Management and punch-list.
    - Daily Report, everyday work on electrical equipment - Operation and maintenance of equipment
    Energized.

  • REEL Service - Electrical Commissioning Supervisor

    2013 - 2013 Arzew Oran Algeria consists of installations realization of gas treatment and production of GNL.
    The project contains 4 GTG Gas Turbine Generator GE of 34, 5 MW each and 6 substations
    that provide electricity supply facilities, and moreover ensure the continuity of operation of the
    plant 4 EDG of 2 MW each one are installed.
    Mission :Substation Responsible and in charge of operations for electrical equipment of production
    and gas liquefaction.
    Tasks : Precommissioning / Commissioning :
    Transformers Schneider MV/LV and Engines MV/LV.
    Electrical Panels MV Schneider. Electrical Panels LV IMESA.
    (DC / AC UPS, Lighting, Tracing electrique, Heaters, distribution panels.
    Test and setting of protection relays (SEL 751A, THYTRONIC SCF and
    SVR) LV switchboards, (THYTRONIC NM20) and earth fault (THYTRONIC RMT2).
    Lock-out tag-out of equipment energized following request work permits, certificates.
    Coordination with other commissioning teams for functional tests Local/ Remote, DCS logic,
    without load (Solo Run) and in load of motors (Instrumentation, Mechanical and...)
    Daily and Weekly reports for all electrical equipments of substation.
    Exploitation and maintenance of start-up equipment.
    Training:
    Electrical Habilitation AS (H2-H2V HC) AT SCHNEIDER.
    HSE training.
    First aid training..

    2011 - 2012 Mission :
    Substation Responsible and in charge of operations for electrical equipment of production units
    production and gas liquefaction.
    Senior Electrical Supervisor with SAIPEM SPA, MLE Project consists of
    Production installations realization and treatment of wet gases and oil deposits.
    My mission consists supervision of electrical installations:
    CPF:Composed of 2 satellite substation and main substation powered by two lines 60kv, armored
    Substation GIS ABB, 2 transformers 60/5.5kv and 6 others 5.5/0.4kv.
    Off plot: Composed of 6 manifolds supplied by 2 lines loop 5.5 KV from CPF and these
    collectors even provide supply 0.4KV of 24 producing wells.
    Works supervision performed by subcontractors (CPF and off plot).
    Works execution according to the planning and project specifications.
    Ensures compliance of electrical installation according to international standards.
    Ensures compliance of security instructions.
    Supervision and follow-up of equipments installation works.
