2- Accompagner les investisseurs dans leur implantation en Ukraine et en CEI via des études de marché, du sourcing et du développement de portefeuille.
3- Assurer un support technique visant à améliorer la rentabilité économique des exploitions agricoles en CEI (audit, plan d'action).

Depuis Kiev, nous couvrons l'Ukraine, la Russie le Kazakhstan et les PECO.

    2006 - 2007 Director of an ex-state owned farm (Kazakhstan) : reorganization of the work, human ressources management, dairy and crop productions for Lactalis (800 heads, 800 ha, 85 workers). April 2006 - august 2007 with several working trip in Ukraina.
