I’ am Mr Mohsen Larbi from Tunisia; I am Mechanical engineer since 1991, from Tunisian National School of Engineers and I had the degree in Mechanical Engineering for production since 1995, from the Polytechnic University of Tokyo,
I have a good experience in vocational training engineering and human resource development (more than 22 years).
I worked with a big iron mines company for 4 years from 2011 to 2015 ; I was an expert assistant in training engineering and human resource development for the Mauritanian National Industrial Mining Company designated SNIM.
Since 2016 I occupy the position of the Technical Director of Programs at the Group: CIDE-PROINVEST

My assignments are :
Project management in the field of training engineering and skills development
Identification of training needs for the staff of the company.
Development of initial and continuing training courses
Development of annual and multiannual plans training (definition and / or validation of needs, planning, design, implementation and evaluation)
Implementation of initial and continuing training courses
Development and adaptation of media courses.
Definition and implementation of training facilities,
Accompaniment to the definition and implementation of an organization's managerial, administrative, educational, and management for a new vocational training center of maintenance in mining industry.
The development plans of technical and pedagogical training of trainers

Supervision of the technical training of trainers and their evaluation.

    1998 - 2003 My Professional activities and key qualifications were:
    o Participate in the development of training programs for skills in the specialties Industrial Maintenance
    o Monitoring the construction of the EL CSFMI Ouardia spaces, with a budget of around 2.2 MTD (€ 1.5 million).
    o Development of specifications trainer training loads of the three maintenance centers of the Tunisian-Belgian project cited above.
    o Develop with the team of trainers of CSFMI EL Ouardia notebooks administrative and technical expenses of all the equipment of the center. (Layout, training equipment, didactic and audio-visual materials, etc. ....)
    o Presidency commission counting of the tenders and drafting of all contracts made markets for a total budget of around € 3.5 million.
    o Implementation of specialty training programs mentioned above by the organization and equipment of 16 training spaces Industrial maintenance technologies.

    •Participation in the development of training programs according to the skills-based approach (APC) as part of a Tunisio-Canadian project "PRICAT- Skills" training for specialties in the sector of maintenance and other sectors such as automobiles, computers, crafts, agriculture, food processing, textile & apparel
    • Training of trainers Tunisian groups of ATFP, the Ministry of Defence, the Office of Crafts, the Ministry of Agriculture (AVFA) and foreign (Libya, Oman, Palestine, Mauritania ...). in the training modules In teaching and engineering training
