Après avoir étudié la Naturopathie holistique, Minia s'est spécialisée dans dans la thérapie de massage abdominal Chi Nei Tsang. Elle a fait tous ses cours de formation avec Gilles Marin complétant le programme de formation des praticiens au niveau 3: CNT Fondamental, CNT Guérison Emotionnelle et CNT Attitude Globale Corporelle. Peu de temps après, elle a assisté au programme de formation des praticiens de la respiration consciente et a approfondi ses techniques de développement personnel avec des ateliers de Communication Non Violente (Marshall Rosenberg) et de Internal Family System (Richard Schwartz, Ph.D.). Aussi, elle a exploré l' Aikido et le Kinomichi et a été certifiée en Eating Psychology Coach depuis 2015. Minia voyage entre l'Europe, l'Asie et les États-Unis, plus récemment à San Francisco, où elle continue son éducation avec Gilles Marin à l'Institut CNT. Enrichie par toutes ses expériences personnelles et professionnelles, elle continue de développer, entre-temps, son travail en tant qu'artiste peintre.
After studying Holistic Naturopathy, Minia specialized in Chi Nei Tsang Treatment. She did all of her training courses with Gilles Marin completing the 3 levels Practitioner Training Program : CNT Fundamental, Somato-Emotional and Global Body Attitude. Soon after, she attended the Conscious Breathing Practitioner Training Program as well as deepening her self development techniques with Non-Violent Communication (Marshall Rosenberg) and Internal Family System (Richard Schwartz, Ph.D) workshops. Also, she has been exploring Aikido and Kinomichi, and became a Certified Eating Psychology Coach in 2015. Minia has been traveling back and forth between Europe, Asia & the USA, recently to San Francisco, where she is continuing her education with Gilles Marin at the CNT Institute. Enriched by all her personal and professional experiences, she continues to develop, in the meantime, her work as an artist painter.
