  - Responsible of a team of 16 persons (quality engineers, analysis lab team and

  - Monitoring the KPI’s of the unit (internal PPMs, External PPMs, customer claims,
  scrap rate…).
  - Responsible of all the quality targets and the customer’s audits.
  - Responsible of application of standards in the unit.
  Technical Environment:
  - Assembly lines of switches.
  - SMD Process: from PCB lasering to AOI control.
  - THT Process: Wave soldering process and manual soldering.
  - Other processes: component cutting, depending PCBs, Action pining, crimpimg,
  coating...Management of a team of 15 people.
  - Good knowledge of core tools (FMEA, PDCA, 8D, 5P, Ishikawa ...)
  - SPC, MSA ...

• Marquardt Mecatronique - Customer's Sampling Leader & Laboratory Responsible

  2010 - 2015 Laboratory Responsible: I was recruited to create a metrology laboratory. I
  carried out some trainings in Germany than I have made the transfer of some
  processes from Germany to the new created laboratory.
  - FIRST ARTICLE INSPECTION REPORT: qualification of the plastic parts produced
  in the company (internal PPAP).
  - PPAP / EMPB: qualification of the final products according to the guideline of the
  VDA2 or the specific customer's standards. (Daimler, VOLVO, RENAULT, HILTI,
  BOSCH...)
  - PRODUCT AUDIT: according to the guideline of VDA 6.5 ;
  - SPECIAL MEASUREMENTS: Measurements report as support for both quality and
  development departments.

• Automotive Components ACT - Laboratory Engineer

  2009 - 2009 Laboratory Engineer: I participated on the transfer of a laboratory from Germany
  to Tunisia. I was responsible for doing measurements orders (dimensional).

• Energy & Environment Engineering - Project Manager

  2009 - 2009 Energy & Environment Engineering : I was responsible for making audit on field : analyse of the installation and then making measurments on the energetics equipments. Finally,
  I establish the audit report.

  2009 - maintenant -Auditeur dans un cabinet d’audit énergétique. Mes tâches sont divisées en deux types : mesure des données à l’aide des instruments spécialisé sur terrain et exploitation des mesures et autres données pour la rédaction des rapports. J’étudie à chaque fois les bilans énergétiques : production et consommation énergétique. J’analyse les équipements énergivores. Enfin, je donne les solutions permettant de réduire la consommation
