  - to lead the activities related to IE for process and projects
  - to manage the product/process requirements of the Business Units (BU) , between BU (D&D, Quality) and the Technical Competence Center (TCC): for innovations, for equipment and process evolutions
  o Update the existing process
  o Apply LEAN/6SIGMA manufacturing skills (Process analysis , developing of standard, reduction of the MUDA)
  o Define the new process specification
  o Validate the updated/new work instructions
  - to manage the application of the LEONI transversal process standards (e.g. NCR, design for assembly, etc.)
  - to manage the BU’s specific technical demands about: FMEA (temporary participation), value stream analysis, standard tools (ERP, Layman), etc.

  o for updated/changed process
  defines the necessary actions to respect those times
  - to support the Quality Management of the BU for process and technical issues: is able to manage PDCA/8D reports until problem solving
  I manage the process developments, the process improvement actions and their transversalization
  - to manage the technical resources in plants
  o is involved in the development of technical skills in plants (Technical Service and Engineering departments)
  o works with Production Process Owners in plants
  - to manage the development and process evolutions:
  o creations and evolutions of generic and specific equipment
  o definition/validation the pre-specification of new equipment for transmission to PPE
  o Leading the actions defined for the equipment FMEA.
  o definition/validation the pre-specification of updated equipment for transmission to PPE
  o definition/validation of technical work instructions for these equipment
  - to manage the integration of these process into Capital M, FORS and all other applications (crimping database, Layman, etc.
  - to manage the process standard documentation (“fiches de standardization”)
  o creation/validation of updated standards
  o managing the respect and the transversalization of these standards
  o performing audits to check the strict application of these standards
  - to lead the necessary support of PPE
  - to lead the necessary support of the equipment’s suppliers

• Leoni - Transversal R&D Manager for harness engineering

  2009 - 2011 PSA vehicles are manufactured by platform (Type of vehicle). Each platform is specific. The target of the MEP platform is to standardize and improve the process of production and operation methods.
  o Establishing a standard procedure in the management of MACSI (or REACH) sheet (listing of the mass balance of the chemical components of each component).
  o Establishing a regular file on tracking changes.
  o Implementation of the procedure to reduce the R&D planning and include the process as soon as possible into the design definition.

• Leoni - R&D Project team member for harness engineering

  2004 - 2013 Formerly VALEO Electronic and Connective system, LEONI Wire System France is a cable manufacturer company. LEONI develops and delivers electrical assemblies for various vehicle manufacturers
  o Retrieving information necessary to carry out the design (3D and wiring diagram) with various PSA interlocutors.
  o Supervision of the implementation of design through multicultural teams (Morocco and Russia).
  o Proofreading and technical review with our client.
  o Review and coordination of industrialization with our manufacturing plant.
  o Participation in optimization of diversity and technical cost saving.
  o Implementation of internal FMEA LEONI and also at our client during vehicle assemblies.
  o Taking into account the problems of factories and assembly.
  o Involvement in all technical matters related to the harness (new development plastic, validation of new connections in accordance with our client.).
  o Work with the commercial engineer to control and validate the economical modification.
  o Implementation of development planning R&D from the project schedule.
  o Management of the modification follow list
  o Sharing our expert supplier experience to guide the customer decision.
  o Studies on the deployment of aluminum cables in automotive wiring.
  o Studies on the deployment of very small section cables (0.13 mm ²).
  o Active participation in the RFQ with interaction with all trades.

  This position allows a resident to be closer to the customer and provides a better understanding of these requirements.
  o Taking into account the different requirements of the client (PSA).
  o Transmission of requests for project teams.
  

• CEF - Method Engineer

  2002 - 2002 Family company developing and manufacturing of the casting grain (corn, oats) for agricultural food. Rolling grain allows animals to better digest and reduce losses by chalking. This increases milk yields in particular.
  o Implementation of the SolidWorks system.
  o Work on the production line to assimilate the various stages of manufacture.
  o Establish manufacturing processes through standardization sheets.
