Head of Management Services:
My role, within Amiens R&D site is to creat and manage the most efficient set-up for Management Services (Strategy/Portfolio/Innovation Management/ Finance) and for People Development (HR policies, recruitment, unit review, salary and compensation, training).
By education, I am a Packaging Engineer (graduated from ESIEC Reims) and I worked 4 years for Perseco Europe (Mc Donald's Packaging) at London. I then joined Nestle to take on the role of Innovation Packaging Manager. Having completed my Executive MBA from EDHEC Lille, I became Head of Management Services (HR, Administration & Finace) of the Nestle R&D Center
