• Somfy - Quality Assurance Engineer & Customer Analysis Leader

  Cluses 2017 - 2018 *Define the quality standard of the Stator Production Unit (control frequency, critical dimension to control, control card ..).
  *Plan and do Internal Audits (Products and Process) and insure its respect.
  *Prepare and maintain product quality documentation based on ISO specifications.
  *Train and guide production quality team in identifying and developing problem solving methodologies to resolve quality issues.
  *Validate new product/Process development activities by leading FMECAs (AMDEC).
  *Validate New Suppliers or supplier process changes in coordination with the supplier quality assurance unit. (PPMV and SPC…)
  *Lead the Analysis and the resolution of quality issues raised by customer claims. (8D Approach)
  *Lead the Customer return analysis process of the factory.
  *Garantee Customer return analysis fiability.
  *Animate the weekly meeting of customer return analysis results with Quality assurance engineers and Product technical group engineers .
  *Lead the resolution of the defects raised by the customer analysis (essentially 8D approch).

• Somfy - Production Team Leader (Final Assembly Unit)
