Since graduted in 2006, I have been working full-time on both, local and International levels in the construction and consultancy industry within some of the renowned practices in the world including Bouygues construction, Saudi Oger, Coutant Aquariums and Drawlink Interior.
Opportunities that allowed me to Handle varied Architecture and Interior Design projects from rough sketches through Design and development to completed Construction such as Mixed – Use Developments, High Rise Towers, Hotels, Restaurants, Industrial Complex, Residential Complex and Private Villas.
Always with particular predilection for sustainability, Energy mastery and green building.

  • Drawlink Group - Dubai - Site Architect / Project Manager

    2014 - maintenant - Liaison and coordination with all stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
    - Review and comment on contractor’s submissions including Material approval requests, shop drawings and RFI’s, in compliance with project specifications and client’s design intent requirements.
    - Inspection Request of works and mock-up approval.
    - Attend site meetings and Assist in the ongoing coordination activities with the project parties (Consultant, MEP, Structure, Contractor, Sub-Contractors)
    - Identify and resolve problems and arising issues.
    - Regular inspection and recording the work progress.
    - Creating quick sketches on the spot to convince clients on proposed design changes and alternatives.
    - Monitoring fit-out works of 3 restaurants.

  • Up-design (my own Architecture and Interior Design Consultancy) - Architecte Manager

    2012 - 2014 - Initiate design works with multi-disciplinary design teams and lead design works from early pre-concept stage thru construction stage in coordination with all stakeholders.
    - Obtain Building Permit from Authorities.
    - Tender drawing and assist client to select contractor and suppliers.
    - Following progress on site.
    - Assist client for contractor and supplier selection.

  • Coutant SAS - Résident Architect

    2010 - 2012 - Managing Interior Design works of the Aquarium.
    - Leading a team of sculptors, painters, plumbers and workers.
    - Liaison and coordination with all stakeholders on site and Head office.
    - Monitoring subcontractors and providing needed details.
    - Daily inspection and recording work progress.
    - Identify and resolve problems and arising issues as per site conditions.
    - Managing accommodations, short leaves and visas for our team of work.

  • OGER INTERNATIONAL TUNISIE - Coordinator Architect

    Saint Ouen 2009 - 2010 Interior Design Shop drawings establishment and control for many projects in Middle East such as:
    - convention Center of Jeddah (Jeddah / Saudi Arabia)
    - Princess Nora University for Women (Ryadh / Saudi Arabia)
