- Electrical Supervisor of Electrcal Maintence Section of Gas Process Plant
2010 - maintenant- Responsible of all electrical & HVAC sections of the gas process plant. Main duties are to supervise the installation, maintenance, repair and testing of a wide range of electrical equipment (including LV, MV and HV) generators, motors, transformers, cables, UPS, control panels, power distribution system including modern microprocessor based protection relays, Integrated protection of control systems and associated switchgears in the plant:
-Supervise, direct and coordinate the activities of all assigned personnel (2 engineer, 2 foremen, 10 technicians & HVAC team), and ensure that all works are performed according to established plans and schedules, and are complied with all company HSE policies.
- Monitor work execution and provide guidance to ensure conformity to statutory and company regulations.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, equipment and tooling assigned to the plant.
- Follow-up and direct the implementation of preventive and annual electrical maintenance plans.
- Ensure proper analysis of all information in the daily defect book, and initiate necessary corrective action as necessary.
- Attend plant shutdown activities and ensure timely completion of job activities.
- Recommend to foremen work plans as required to realize the greatest stability of work force, maximum utilization of facilities and equipment at minimum cost.
- Initiate any necessary design modifications to ensure reliability of the plant.
- Deal personally with more complex maintenance and participates in shutdown and turnaround maintenance and planning activities.
- Maintain proper records of plant electrical maintenance and submit information to direct superior for analysis.
- Check and ensure that all required work shop activities are performed properly and

Main duties are on-site (Job programs, troubleshooting, intervention, repairs and modifications).

Hassi-R’mel gas field has around twenty gas process trains, I was involved in all Heavy-Sub-Station of high-voltage, Medium and low voltage networks, MCC,Motor (MV, HV), Cable test and protection relays, UPS ,Emergency generators and other auxiliary equipment’s.
-Engineer in maintenance of Electrical equipment’s and over handling of various types of Electrical equipment’s (Breakers, UPS, Switch-gear and Switch-yard, MCC, Motor (MV, LV), Cable and protection relays. JGC (Japan’s Equipment).
