I'm a Partner of Orizzonti-RE, a consulting company in real estate advisory and partner in Fiditalia Fiduciaria Srl, a trust company under Italian law. In the real estate, Orizzonti-RE operates for all the destination of use in the Italian territory for feasibility studies, valuations and other consulting works. I have more than 22 years of experience related to the large real estate portfolio management consulting in particular for Public Pension Funds, pre analysis and start up of Italian Public REITS, to the single assets or large portfolios' valuation and fairness opinions in spin off and M&A projects (BPL, Lloyd Adriatico, Generali, Zunino Group), to the valuation and feasibility study of large developing projects and urban redefinition programs. He has also participated in the start up of a new real estate company in the sector of agency services for the real estate institutional investors in Italy. Prior to this, I was a Market Research & Investment Analysis Manager at Gabetti Property Solutions Agency and Supervisor at Ernst&Young. He is a registered member of RUI (Italian Insurance Role) - Section E and since May 2019 he is a RICS member (MRICS).
