Ensure consistency and standardization of controlling processes within the BG. Alert and arbitrate in case of
discrepancies. Ensure the coordination of financial forecasting process for Divisions (Budget, periodic
Forecasts, Strategic plan). Monitor and ensure the follow up of the consolidated margin per program
together with the Divisions. Provide proper consolidated view for BG Sales and Marketing for worldwide
customer profitability; Highlight cash status at BG level for all lines of the COC and ensure common
language with the Divisions, deploy methods and training; Participation and support in projects with the
external consultants (i.e. Mckinsey)

exhaust system). Responsible for the month closing that includes: forecast, P&L by Destination and Nature,

Preparation of the annual budget. Responsible to the fulfillment of internal control and improvement of
internal information flows in the plant. Responsible for the Sales Administration: update of selling prices and
margins analysis.
The software applications are SAP and Magnitude (report application used by the group Faurecia. SAP keyuser from Controlling Department.
