• Ensuring FSO is operational and managed in full compliance to the management agreement in place,
• Monitoring and report technical and operational performance of the vessel and set the Key Performance Indicators “KPI” that Manager of the vessel shall maintain,
• Coordinating offloading activities.
• Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, repair, budgeting, survey schedules, and inspections,
• Ensure vessel repairs and surveys when required and determine repair specifications for maintenance,
• Ensure that all statutory and class certificates are properly maintained on board and are up to date,
• Ensure all inspections schedules are properly planned and necessary arrangement are set as to have periodical safety inspections carried out with NO DEFICIENCY
• Ensure Life saving and safety equipment (life rafts, compasses, etc) are properly maintained and documented,
• Perform audits and investigation on defects/failures and ensure lessons are learnt, conclusions are issued and corrective actions are properly taken and adhered to.
• Ensure smooth and successful implementation of QHSE system and policies as well as ISM and ISPS code when required.
• Ensure and maintain target “vessels’ zero loss time accident record” and report all vessel incidents/accidents, Near Misses and ensure formal corrective action is taken
• Ensure Buoy preventive maintenance and integrity performed.
