    My role: Head of consulting.
    - Development and implementation of tools and methods (content side). Realization of international feedback projects in Engagement (engagement surveys, change monitoring, mergers & acquisitions, talent risk, ...)
    - Development and implementation of leadership and expert feedback tools (360° feedback); development and training of Proposition Career and Employability X-Check, a tool for people to become actor of their career.
    - Development and implementation of the HR manager suite, a set of consulting and feedback tools to enable HR to become a strategic partneir.
