Rosemount Analytical Service Engineer, Field Service

Responsible for executing the scheduled work according to the Emerson standards of safety and quality.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
• Troubleshooting & repairs.
• Installation and startup.

• Provide technical support to customers.

• Perform emergency call-out services to provide customers with fast and efficient services.
• Execute the requested job in the best way to meet customer’s deadlines and expectations.
• Communicate issues concerning customer satisfaction or customer requests for Emerson support to the responsible person in Service Management or Sales Management.
• Tutoring customer training.
• Execute all work ( all repairs, installations, training etc.) in accordance with each divisions guidelines
• Adhere to local and international Emerson Trade Compliance procedures in connection with all transactions and business practices.
• Adhere to company’s and customer HSEQ standards at all times.

Instrument Technician Assigned to supervise commissioning tasks (GE turbine and diesel Generators) with - KBR - New LNG Train Skikda Project
Duties are calibration, testing, trouble shooting, and repair of all types of level, pressure, flow, temperatures, switches, recorders, gauges and vibration monitoring.
Control, maintenance and troubleshooting of failures of Fire & Gas Detectors and control systems, such , Foam and CO2 extinction with ALLEN BRADLEY PLC control systems, DCS and ESD.
Control and calibration control valves.
Calibration and trouble shooting of Rotating Equipments Maintenance Vibration (Bentley Nevada 3500), axial, radial displacement and speed Monitor system, for gas and steam Compressor and frame 5&7 Turbines.
Compiles and submits reports on incidents and failure investigations as and when required.
Participates in acceptance tests of new and upgrade systems, identifies deficiencies, ensures all documentations are furnished and provides punch list.
Guide instrument technicians for effective execution of work.

Monitored process and process equipment,(distillation-towers,compressors, storage tanks, heat exchangers) including sampling and analyzing gas samples, made product/chemical transfers. Performed maintenance repairs (pipefitting, welding, instrument repairs, compressor overhauls, pump overhauls) in Ethylene Unite, including Ethylene’s and Ethane’s storage tanks.

The designated operations include LNG plant, Utilities and Inlet Receiving/Storage and Loading.

Performed preventive maintenance and new installation of process control Instruments such as Level, Pressure, Flow, and Temperature measurement Analog or Digital, Pneumatic, Electronic or Hydraulic.. A duty includes supervision of contractor on annual Shutdown for instrumentation tasks including calibration and Repair. Performed Install, calibrate , repair Field positioners, controllers, recorder and all types of Foxboro pneumatic transmitters, trouble shooting and start-up.
