    more than 30 countries. Our Dubai Office is handling the Middle East, Africa & Iran.

    Key Responsibilities:
    * Develop and present Business Strategy of the region to increase revenue, enter
    new segments and raise new business challenges.
    * Diversifying new client's database and the portfolio of existing ones. ;
    * Regular market visits to clients to discuss existing and new projects. ;
    * Develop successful working relationship with (new and existing) clients,
    establish Bell F&F as key partner to obtain briefs for profitable business.
    * Monitor client satisfaction and initiate corrective action where needed
    * Identify business opportunities, decision factors and success criteria and define
    action plan accordingly
    * Present to customer proactive marketing concepts, market trends and ideas to
    generate business.
    * Follow up on customer projects: act as advisor for new product launches and
    brand development.
    * Yearly Revenue Budgeting and monthly revenue review. ;
    * Ensure healthy business and profitability. ;
    * Discuss, negotiate and implement price increases with clients to reach a win-win
    situation.
    * Act as a link between customers and the Head Offices in Europe.
    * Regular trip to Leipzig Head Office to conduct presentations and meetings with
    the department Directors to monitor business progress.
