  • EcoVadis - Marketing Executive

    PARIS 9 2013 - maintenant As a Marketing Executive my job is to conceive and implement prospect marketing strategies focused on lead generation and nurturing, with an focus on web marketing. My tasks include:
    * Ecovadis.com corporate website and social media (key project: led the project to entirely redesign the website, involving input from internal and external stakeholders). The enhanced user experience resulted in -70% bounce rate, +56% sessions and +32% pages/session ratio. ;
    * Lead nurturing: as a result of setting up drip marketing campaigns the average monthly lead growth rate went up to 34%, +20% compared to the performance. ;
    * Branding and communications (key project: led a project to redefine the graphic charter - including the logo - and consequently adapt the online and offline communication tools such as brochures, Office templates, etc.)
    * Internal and external events (key project: organized the annual EcoVadis "SustaIn" 2-day event in Palais Brongniart, Paris, gathering 150+ sustainability and procurement managers from Europe and North America
    * Additional: designed www.gesi.org/e-tasc and www.railsponsible.org developing content and implementing customer newsletters, organizing training sessions for EcoVadis customers, running upgrade and upsell campaigns for existing customers.
  • EcoVadis - Marketing intern

    PARIS 9 2013 - 2013 As a Marketing Intern I worked on projects covering a wide variety of areas, including:
    *conceiving and developing a 90-min CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) e-learning course, available to EcoVadis customers.
    * leading the project that brought to the publication of the "Sustainable Procurement Benchmark 2013": in charge of coordinating a survey to 80 procurement and sustainability managers on the state-of-the-art of Sustainable Procurement, and contributed in the analysis and editorial activities involving internal resources as well as HEC professors and A.T. Kearney consultants.
    * developing the EcoVadis Help Center (support.ecovadis.com), a knowledge base including 100+ questions and answers. ;
    * implementing website and social media updates ;
    * running the annual customer satisfaction survey (targeted at customers both on the buyer side - 100 multinationals - and the supplier side - 20,000 companies)
    * supporting the Sales director with introductory calls and product demos to prospect clients
    * providing and reviewing platform content as well as providing translations (English and French to Italian)
  • ExportUSA NY Corp. - Business Associate

    2012 - 2012 * Market Research: working on several market researches on behalf of Italian client companies, focused on both B2B and B2C markets. ;
    * Editorial Activity: writing articles and white papers regarding US business issues and opportunities, focusing on Italian companies'​ needs. Contributed to "ESPORTARE E VENDERE NEGLI STATI UNITI"​ (Hoepli 2013) with a chapter dedicated to the most recent trends in the US wine and food markets.
  • GruppoBPC International - International Advisor Assistant

    2011 - 2011 * Conducted a quantitative survey regarding Italian SMEs' internationalization strategies.
    * Business Development: helped with the creation and the development of GruppoBPC International 2011 marketing plan. In particular, the entire offer has been restructured and improved on the basis of the survey results, in order to meet potential clients' needs.
    * Managed the ``Consortium'' project, a website dedicated to Italian SMEs willing to export and meet potential international buyers. Through a communication campaign based on email marketing and cold calling follow ups, the number of companies involved has increased from 15 to 100 in about 2 months.
    * Research, contact and negotiation with international buyers (mainly from Russia, Greece and Croatia) on behalf of client companies.
