2010 - maintenantTechnical advisor to the civil servants of the ministry to advise them to integrate decentralisation principles in the Growth and Employment Strategy Paper. This technical assistance mainly consists to : 1) Ensure the coherence between local council and regional planning with the national plans ; 2) Help the introduction of mid term expenditure frameworks (MTEF) within the government budgetisation process ; 3) implementation and follow up of the Growth and Employment Strategy Paper ; 4) help the improvment of the investment climate; 5) promotie with the ministry the creation of Small and Medium Size Enterprises in local councils 6) Implement capacity building measures for the ministry staff; 7) Promote the cooperation between the ministries in all the topics mentioned earlier ; 8) Follow up of the implementation of the PADDL activities in regions

2005 - 2010Technical assistance of the decentralization process in Cameroon. This technical assistance consists on advising all the decentralization actors (local councils , Civil society, state actors ) so that they can really play their role in a decentralized context ;
The technical assistance also consists on organizing training sessions and capacity building activities for all these actors so that they can manage well their own structures.
The technical assistance also aim to support local council representives organisations at regional and national level so that they can contribute and enrich the decentralization texts that are now elaborated in Cameroon with their experience so that they are considered by the state as relevant actors.
This assistance finally aim in contributing to the elaboration process of some national policies: PRSP, National strategy of decentralization …
