  * Full-bore and slim-hole multi-bowl-style casing head systems for drill-through system technologies, which utilize primary mandrel hangers and pack off for casing support with contingency slip and seal casing hangers.
  
  * Arrange equipments & personnel's for (110 new and work over wells) intended for running 2 7/8'' / 3 ½ '' 4 ½ '' Carbon steel and 4 ½ '' Chrome completion and supervising during makeup, testing and running down hole well completion assembly, packers, Nipples cross over, Safety valves, Hangers and all associated tools and any specific requirement intended as per the customers representative approved programs.
  
  * Analyze and participate with customer for alternative completion if required and ensure competency in same and design all products and proper maintaining result.
  
  * Supervisory and prepare fishing tools for specific rental tools when required by the client in the vein of milling tools, cutting casing, wipe stock for deviation drilling wells.
  
  * Ensure the examination of Sand Control equipments is taking place and extend and applies skills required to run equipment of increasing complexity in the Sand Control Product Group and insures maintenance is performed to prepare equipment ready for job requirements.
  
  * Supervising during Rig up, ensuring proper documentation and quality during job under general supervision directs equipment rig-up and rig-down, independently operates a wide variety of equipment associated with pumping slurries or a combination of specialty chemicals and/or acids to complete or stimulate the well, and performs necessary paperwork and calculations before and upon completion of job and provide support to all completion projects and assist in tubing design and drag movements and construct all mono bore well designs. Install and design all completion processes and plan all work over for completion procedures and prepare basic designs and perform alternative completion for all processes and design all completion procedures and coordinate with internal and external personnel to design all completion processes and administer all completion design projects and perform all seconded completion engineer processes and assist in completion of all design and hardware specifications and supervise identification of all equipments and materials and design all technical specification for project assessment. ;
