    Sfax 2014 - maintenant *Tasks: I am actually working for M.I.G in Sfax where I have started my professional carrier as a Design
    Engineer. In this post, I have participated in the ASME certification project: my tasks were to participate in
    the elaboration of the ASME quality control manual, the calculation note and the manufacturing
    documents of the demo Pressure Vessel. In addition, I participate currently in the design of many types
    and size of tanks and some other metallic structure such as Road Tankers and steelwork.

    *Problematic: This project represents my End of Studies Project For the national engineering diploma in
    Mechanical Engineering. His aim was to design and study a three phase separator skid. This study was
    conducted under American codes such as ASME and ASCE. The main tasks are the design and calculation
    of the separator vessel, piping stress analysis, the skid structure calculation and the validation by the
    analytical (WRC107) and numerical method (finite elements method).
    *Software: COMPRESS PV, CEASAR II, ROBOT Structural Analysis, ANSYS, CATIA V5, Solid Works.

    *Traineeship's Topic: Design and realization of a template for elliptical tank
    *Problematic: A template for elliptical tank is designed to minimize the maximum possible the operating
    time of the phase of assembly and disassembly of the tank and facilitate spot welding of the tank safely.
    Therefore, it increases the production rate of this type of tank. To meet this need, several steps was
    performed and presented in my work following three chapters. The first chapter was devoted to present the host
    society. Functional analysis and the choice of different technological solutions, which are the most important part of
    my work was the subject of the second chapter. The third chapter covered the design and verification of the various
    components of the system including: kinematics design and sizing of the structure, checking the most requested items
    *Software: CATIA V5, RDM6
