  I had the following responsibilities:
  * Preparation of Baseline Program for project as per the scope of work using Primavera 6,
  * Developed cost breakdown structure (CBS) and baseline budget of the project and worked close
  cooperation with accounting department to establish project cost.
  * Prepare the PMS (progress measurement system) ;
  * Establishing project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) ;
  * Prepared and analyzed critical path, resource and cost loaded schedules,
  * Maintained and updated the cost report with budgets, actual / committed costs, forecast for hours,
  materials, construction, other charges/expenses and revenues,
  * Conducted monthly spending analysis and commitment tracking,
  * Prepare the equipment and manpower mobilization plan,
  * Clarify the remaining scope of work and prepare the budget man-hours got the project completion.
  * Finalization of the Reporting Structure for the Project Progress and Status monitoring,
  * Preparation the three weeks look ahead, the manpower and equipment mobilization plan and analysis
  the variance between planned and achieved,
  * Preparing S-Curves (Planned VS Actual VS Forecast) and resource histograms,
  * Identifying the risks and opportunities as soon as possible to ensure that objectives can be reached,
  * Preparation of daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports,
  * Attended technical and contractual meetings as a key member of the project team.

  Tasks to be performed and responsibility: Planning and reporting manager
  I had the following responsibilities:
  * Preparation of Baseline Program for project as per the scope of work using Primavera 6 ;
  * Establishing project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) ;
  * Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms and
  Monitoring of actual resources availability,
  * Analyzed project cost distributions to ensure accurate posting to correct project and make necessary
  adjustments when required,
  * Generation of Resource Curve extracted from Primavera P6(S-curve) showing the Early Start Planned
  Percentage and the Actual Completed Percentage,
  * Provide KPI's to management ;
  * Finalization of the Reporting Structure for the Project Progress and Status monitoring,
  * Preparation the three weeks look ahead, the mobilization manpower and equipment plan and analysis
  the variance between planned and achieved,
  * Retrieve, from the Manufacturing Engineering Department, assumptions for all production processes
  and integrate data into the cost estimation,
  * Discussed variances and delays with the project manager and suggested remedial actions to mitigate
  the delays and concluded risks,
  * Preparing S-Curves (Planned VS Actual VS Forecast) and resource histograms,
  * Preparation of daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reports.

  Planner engineer: I had the following responsibilities:
  * Prepare the planning using Primavera V6 version 7 and ensure the realization,
  * Estimation of Manpower Requirement for the Project based on standard productivity norms and
  Monitoring of actual resources availability,
  * Monitoring of project cost,

  * Preparation of daily and Weekly reports,
