-To support national capacity at the National level
-To support the updating of the national plan of action
-To take all the needed steps to celebrate the World No Tobacco

COMMUNITY BASED INITIATIVES
-To provide technical assistance and follow-up implementation of healthy urbanization initiative in Ariana city
-To facilitate in orientation of policy makers, community leaders and other stakeholders on Community-based Initiatives and assist in community organization and mobilization
-To plan for CBI implementation in Tunisia, its expansion and support MOH and other stakeholders for its institutionalization;
-To monitor, supervise and report progress of the CBI projects and provide technical support for its sustainability

EMERGENCY HUMANITARIAN ACTION

-To coordinate data entry of project-related information with EHA national staff and to analyze the status of financial implementation

-To provide inputs to information products and advocacy materials such as program implementation progress reports

-To track and monitor projects using the information and milestones in collaboration with the Regional Office and monitor submission date

-Together with EHA team, to represent WHO at donor forums and other stakeholder meetings

-To liaise with advocacy and resource mobilization team to facilitate the reporting progress and to ensure that all concerns of donors are addressed and formatted as requested

-To supervise a three days Polio vaccination campaign in Bossaso

- To create and maintain a Human Resources database disasters

- To set up with the Sudan Office expenditure tracking tools to improve project monitoring

- To contribute to the resource development’s strategic plans, work plans and budget processes

- To develop and maintain a software to track and monitor projects

- To develop guidelines and tools to ensure compliance with the project cycle requirements and efficient implementation of contribution-related arrangements

- To create & maintain a database profiling major humanitarian donors

- To develop a directory profiling NGOs, civil societies, and UN agencies in the region
