    2016 - 2017 o In charge of Manufacturing, Maintenance, Engineering, Logistic & Transport departments (550 workers).

    Achievements :
    Implementation of basics of "lean manufacturing” (Zoning, SQCDME board, Daily Management, OEE calculation).
    OEE improvement from 85% To 95% for Pasta line.
    Implementation of reverse logistics (Use of returns of our finished product trucks, for the transport of the raw material and negotiation of discounts with the suppliers).

  • Délice Danone - Engineering Manager

    Paris 2010 - 2013 o Manage a team of 3 engineers in charge of definition and executing of industrial CAPEX (13.000 K USD / year) :
    o Facilitate CAPEX steering committee (CEO, Industrial Director, Purchasing Director, Financial controller, project leaders)

    Achievements:
    Developing of a master plan (5 years CAPEX) based on capacity survey & business requirements
    Building: Reception Milk platform, Cold Room (25000m3), Offices (1000 m2), Filling area (1000m2)
