• Coordination with the plant manager in all aspects having a direct or indirect impact on the production process and to define the plant targets.
• Ensure consistency of production processes (criteria ...) between the different production teams to reach the planed target.
• Ensure that the manufacturing is done in the principles established in the planning of production programs.
• Management of human and material resources according to the related production plan.
• Participation and definition of action plans and emergency 8'Ds particularly important in the context of the plant (Quality, HS&E, etc...).
• Participation and management plans to improve the production process of the plant. Responsible for coordinating with the LPO (Lean Promoter officer).
• Takes prompt and appropriate measures to prevent occupational accidents and diseases.

• Management of L38 and L43-L47 side airbags with Asian customer
• Management of R77 curtain airbag in development project.
• Management for 4 serial projects (Modus and Clio, curtains and thorax),including all synergies programs
• Management for the side adaptive airbag taking into account a standard and pre-crash detection.
• Management for 7 pre-core projects, in collaboration with PSA, focussing on side and frontal adaptive airbags, athermic steering wheel, and steering wheel with non rotating module solutions.
• Expertise and preparation of the technical solution for airbags consultation dossier for new business

• Responsible for all communication with the Project Team of the customer during all stages of project development.
• Based in Renault, I organise the communication and co-ordinate the team members working on the project (Engineering in Coventry (UK) and Valladolid (Spain) , Industrialisation in Vigo (Spain), and Commercial in Versailles / France).
• As an expert in the Technical Team I am responsible for the technical solution, testing, validation and implementation of the complete System from Project Launch to Customer Sign Off.

• Responsible for expertise side airbag system.
• Organisation of the simulations tasks between different department (Safety, structure, interior trims department,etc)
• Crash analysis and numerical model correlation
• Writing technical reports and proposal of different solution to reach the initial PSA requirement.

• Investigation and accident reconstruction
• Numerical simulation and crash impact modelling (frontal and lateral)
• Writing Technical Reports and Customer Proposals.
