  2007 - maintenant Principaux rôles et responsabilités:
  * Gérer le 24 / 7 surveillance 1st Line fonction de maintenance pour NSN & ALU 2G (BSS, NSS), et 3G Network NSN (MSS, MGW, SGSN, GGSN, Flexi), ALU & NEC (PDH, SDH)
  * Coordonner toutes les activités du Réseau d'ordres de travail à-dire, les travaux prévus, les pannes et l'entretien.
  * Rassembler et fournir un soutien en dehors des heures de détails au 24 / 7 au sein d'un équipe.
  * Analyser et d'identifier tous les rapports d'état du réseau, les statistiques de performance et des failles de clients pour correctif approprié et de l'escalade dans les SLA définis.
  * Veiller à ce que l'escalade des fautes appropriée soit faite par des ingénieurs pour Second Line Maintenance. La coordination avec les BSS, Core NSS, VAS, Transmission, l'OSS, les équipes de soutien.
  * L'escalade de service touchant les problèmes à la haute direction conformément aux processus définis.
  * Fournir dehors des heures de soutien sur appel d'escalades.
  * Assurer le suivi Trouble Ticket, la mise à jour, de rectification et d'apurement des conditions de défaut réalisation minimale (autres. ...)
