  As a National Vice President of Public Relations, I was responsible of:
  -Preparing the brand development strategies and implmement on local committees
  -Designing a brand strategy for local committees and help LCs to implement it
  -Setting the term objectifs and the department KPIs
  -Preparing the key area learning cycle
  -Coaching and tracking local committees
  -Working on updating the legal status of the organization
  -Participating on the planning and delivering of national and local leadership development conferences

• SOPRA HR Software - Research and Development Engineer (Intern)

  2015 - 2015 Sopra HR Software, a subsidiary of Sopra Steria, offers comprehensive HR solutions perfectly adapted to the needs of Human Resources Departments and medium and large sized organizations. Sopra HR Software is the partner of the digital transformation of companies and anticipates new generations of HR solutions.
  Solutions are deployed at more than 850 customers in over 54 countries and meet the challenges of public and private companies in all business sectors
  
  During my internship, I was charged to design and implement an internal web application for expenses orders managment. The application allows the employee:
  - To make orders.
  - To validate orders depending on a business workflow
  - To generate a bill after the final validation
  - To extract reports about expenses and their status
  - To visualize charts and diagrams in the dashboard about expenses in relation with their nature and the agencies
  
  I developed the application using Java EE, JSF, Spring, Hibernate, Jasper

  As a Vice President of External Relations, I was responsible of:
  
  -Market analysis and segmentation.
  -Setting the term objectives and the department KPIs
  -Planning and implementing the department strategies to reach the term objectives
  -Tasks dispatching between members
  -Preparing and delivering key area trainings for new members
  -Coaching and tracking members development
  -Participating on the planning and delivering local leadership development conferences

  2013 - 2013 Medianet is a Computer Engineering Services company of reference in the field of ICT, operating in Tunisia and abroad. Medianet offer a variety of services like Web solution, intranet and extranet ,e-commerce solutions, Maintenance et webmastering, Digital strategy & support, SEO, mobile marketing, Branding ,Creative concepts and marketing operations.
  
  My internship was focused on supporting the project manager :
  -Analyzing customers needs
  -Benchmarking with other existing solutions
  -Make a project planning draft
  -Make a navigation schema draft for the application
  -Preparing the follow-up for customers

• D'Alessandro Agent - SharePoint Developer (Intern)

  Rades-Port 2011 - 2012 Founded in 1924 in Tunis, D’Alessandro provides a wide range of services to its customers and partners including containers shipping, dry and liquid bulk, freight forwarding … The shipping agency in Tunisia customizes its services according to its customers and their demands totally adapting the service to the type of customer .
  
  During my internship, I was charged to design and develop a Human Resource Management portal that allows employees to:
  
  -Submit diffrent types of demands like leave (with it different types)or exit permit
  
  -Validation of demands depending of the business workflow. There is also a manual and automatic mode for the validation, the automatic one allows the user to let the system decide on the demand depending of some data like leave score.
  
  -Extract reports about employees leaves in each departement
  
  I developed the portal using SharePoint Server, SharePoint Designer and Visual Studio 2010 (the programming language is C #)

  2010 - 2010 I implemented succesfully a small-size ERP (OK Gest) and participated at the maintainance of the organization IT's hardware
