  • Tata - Java Developer

    2013 - 2014 I worked for a year in TCS as part of the Global Recruitment System project.
    The task I was assigned to was to design a module of Offer Letter generation and make it independent from the country and dynamically configurable according to the policies applicable.
    Moving and adjusting to a new country and culture can be challenging but it helps me a lot in build my personality and have more self-motivation.
    My communication and interpersonal skills has increased considerably and I start to understand how the work in handled in the multinational companies.
    I volunteered in TCS Maitree and teach the Arabic language and help to understand the middle east culture and to get more competitive advantage.

  • Talan Tunisia - Java Developer

    2012 - 2012 Final Year Internship.
    The project named "Design and implementation of a monitoring system for project management" was realized to improve the productivity process of the company and to ensure and a better organisation of the business process.
    The module has been added to the current ERP of the company Byblos.
    In this internship I had a good initiation and better understanding of the project management in the IT companies that gives me the motivation to improve further more my management and leadership skills.
