    • Defining Promotions for Charging System Subscribers including Vouchers and Electronic Recharges (eTopUp), tariff handling, rating engine, etc.
    • Coordinate integration & acceptance activities
    • Extract, define and validate KPI for IN, Data Charging and VAS platforms.
    • Developing Tools and scripts for statistics, reporting, monitoring.
    • Assure Handover process for project.
    • Manage integration and implementation of 3rd Party applications with Ericsson Charging System Platform.
    • Charging systems nodes integration (SDP, AIR, VS, CCN, IVR and MINSAT).
    • Developing Method of Procedure MOP.
    • Integration and Operation of ETopUp Platform (Mahindra Comviva's PreTUPS™)
    • Validate and execute Acceptance test (ATP’s) for Charging systems and Etopup product.
    • Supporting SI team in troubleshooting whenever required

    Projects:

    • Contribution in Charging system upgrade from Charging System 4 to Charging System 5
    • package migration from Ericcson CS to Data charging plateform (Volubill)
    • Optimisation of transaction on Scap V2 interface between Ericcson CS and Data Charging plateform (Volubill)
    • Implementation of KPI and monitoring plateform
    • Integration of CCN / AIR with Alcatel HLR (MNP data base) MAP V3.
    • Mobile number portability (charging system part)
    • SOS credit project
    • Contribution in Orange tunisia Loyalty Programs
    • Life cycle synchronisation between Ericcson CS to Data charging plateform (Volubill)
    • Design and development of pack management platform
    • Stimulation of inactive users through weekly injections credit
    • SMS notification based on refill events (kannel, mysql, ...)
