  * Assist the Country Director to formalize partnership between IIE and 13 local NGOs. ;
  * Assist the Country Director in guiding WES partners through the process of initiating and Maintaining a WES women entrepreneurs network including entrepreneurship, social media trainings to network leaders and linking the networks to professional business networks for women. ;
  * Provide coaching and support to WES partners in administering sustainability plans
  and implementing the trainings.
  * Ensuring successful Program Promotion and Press Relations. ;
  * Community Management for the WES Social Media Presences. ;
  * Organizing all logistics and events related to the program. ;
  * Training and Facilitating the Partner Organizations in Social Media Strategies for Women Entrepreneurs. ;

  As a project officer for CAT, we have assured all the logistical and consulting support in order to achieve theses objectives:
  * Building initial understanding and capacity on benchmarking public services in situations of decentralisation on the part of senior civil servants at national and ``gouvernorat'' levels in Tunisia, and how benchmarking methods could be used in a Tunisian context; and,
  
  * Creating a syllabus for training civil servants to systematically develop the human resources and competences to help translate that understanding and capacity into the reality of pilot benchmarking projects and the subsequent implementation of a full benchmarking system under future funding phases. ;

• Institute of International Education - Training Coordinator

  2011 - 2012 My Responsibilities included:
  * Providing program support including adapting, creating, and delivering trainings to 60 Participating NGOs.
  * Assist in organizing all logistics and events related to the program.
  * Ensuring successful program promotion and Press Relations.
  * Providing Social Media Coaching and Monitoring to 60 participating Tunisian NGOs and CSOs.
  * Administrative support to Country Director. ;
  * Organizing and delivering webinars. ;
  * Community Management of the program participating NGOs' Social Media presences and Blog. ;
