1976 Assistant to H.E. Ambassador Taieb Slim, Ottawa Canada, Tunisia Rep. to UNO & Special Envoy of President Bourguiba heading Tunisian Delegation to UN Conference on Human Settlements (Habitat) Support H.E. in preparation and attendance for/of conference.

1980: Manager. Mountain Shade Silviculture Inc. Vancouver, BC; Canada. logging & treeplanting operations. Contracting with Ministry of Forests, McMillan Blodel Corp. and Crown Zellerbach Corp.

1981 Resident Advisor at American Investment Corp. AMICO. Advisory to less developped countries and raising national development plans & policy issues. In charge of MENA countries. Washington DC; USA. Office.

1984: Chargé de Mission/ MENA at Agri Energy Roundtable. Washington DC, USA. A Green Energy Organistaion under the auspices of H.E. Senator Jennings Randolph Democrate West Virginia Chairman of US Senate Agricultural Committee.

1991: Sr Advisor: Agriculture Ministries Libya/Tunisia; FAO/UNDP in ref to screw worm (Cochimilia Homnovorax) animal disease eradication program - Libya.

2000: Contractor. OEP - 9th National Development Plan agricultural chapter for improvement of milk production to self sufficiency position. Presidential Program. Animal genetic improvement technology from Denmark applied.

2004 to present on BCO Libya cursus. Several turnkey, IP O&G, Water Wastewater turnaround & overhaul projects successfully commissioned.
