• Identify and get decision about technical options
• Technical differentiation to competitors, based on input from business manager and marketing information
• Estimation of price/cost (cost minim. based on price strategy)
• Specification of products, versions/releases and interfaces
• Support for sub bids
• Definition of project structure
• Coordination of technical risk analysis and preparation of measures for risk minimization
• Technical Statements to the tender documents (List of Compliance)
• Coordination of HW and SW configuration and consolidation
• Solution Document
