Abderrahman MLAOUAH

Called to the Bar of Tunisia since 1973 after being charged to the Department of the Tunisian economy External Relations Officer of the industry and participate as such in the negotiation and conclusion of several economic and trade agreements between the Tunisian government and third countries.

I am currently an attorney with the Court of Cassation Tunisian and specialize in civil and commercial matters and I am interested in more than 20 years in the practice of arbitration in cases involving international trade and the conclusions and drafting of international contracts, I participated in that capacity at various international seminars related to materials shown to the Institute of law and business practices of the International Chamber of Commerce of Paris "ICC".

I was admitted as a consultant International Arbitration Centre International of Canada and register as a referee with the International Arbitration Centre of the Gulf countries.

Early in my career I was a member of the Junior Chamber of Tunis and also a member of some mixed economic rooms as the room Tunisian French, German and Tunisian chamber founding member of the Tunisian Chamber Brazilian could unfortunately continue its journey.

I am interested in more than a decade in politics in Tunisia and around the world since I am a member of the Political Bureau of the Tunisian Social Liberal Party (PSL) for External Relations and elected recently in August 2008 as treasurer of the African Liberal Network during its extraordinary general meeting held recently in Tanzania, I participated in that capacity at various meeting and conference of the Liberal International in Switzerland, Marrakech in Morocco and Belfast, Ireland, I am also active member of the liberal Arabic.
